1 Introduction

Welcome to 399pak. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and 399pak ("399pak", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 399pak website located at https://399pak.biz and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional activities offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or placing any wager on the 399pak platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 399pak platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 399pak platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 399pak strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or any non-individual legal entities is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the 399pak platform or by any regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous 399pak account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• Online gambling must not be prohibited under the laws applicable to your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 399pak platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must notify 399pak immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 399pak will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account usernames may not impersonate any other person, brand, or entity, contain offensive or discriminatory language, or otherwise violate applicable laws.

399pak reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• The member's eligibility can no longer be confirmed;
• Required identity verification documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe.

Upon account closure initiated by the member, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the member's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 399pak platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 399pak does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any conversion costs arising from international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the member.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. 399pak reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 399pak account dashboard and may be amended from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the member has completed identity verification (KYC). 399pak may request a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• 399pak does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 399pak bears no responsibility.
• All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to banking processing times. Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are typically processed faster.
• 399pak reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

399pak offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to its members. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may generally hold only one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation is prohibited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage or be entirely excluded. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: 399pak reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the member's account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, exploiting errors in bonus terms, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — is detected.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 399pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or direct member notification.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 399pak sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including match, market, and stake — before confirming any wager.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• 399pak reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly available for that market), or where the odds were clearly published in error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 399pak's specific sport rules (published on the platform) will govern the settlement of affected bets. Where no specific rule applies, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, and per market may apply and are published within the platform's betting rules section.
• 399pak reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual members, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected, without being required to provide a reason.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399pak platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform functionality;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports fraud;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the 399pak platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors are void and must be returned;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 399pak staff, support agents, or other members through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 399pak platform, including other members' accounts or administrative systems.

8 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 399pak is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

399pak collects personal information — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history — for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud, and improving our services.

399pak will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies strictly to the extent necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399pak's total liability to any member — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

399pak shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, server failures, cyberattacks, or acts of God;
• Errors in odds or game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions, where the affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

The 399pak platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate the member's account at any time. Members wishing to close their account should contact 399pak support with a written request. Following verification, the account will be closed and any eligible remaining balance processed for withdrawal.

399pak may terminate or suspend a member's account immediately and without prior notice where:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• Continued operation of the account would expose 399pak to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has directed 399pak to do so.

Upon termination for breach, 399pak reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and relevant authorities notified.

12 Amendments to These Terms

399pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 399pak will provide advance notice to active members via email or a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://399pak.biz/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license under which 399pak operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 399pak platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents 399pak from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
